Cape Cod Soccer Officials Association
​Founded in 1968
The Cape Cod Soccer Officials Association is a professional  organization that provides training and development for its members under the rules of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS).

Membership is open to all high school graduates or qualified individuals of eighteen years of age or older.​
